Now taking orders for pastured poultry. We will have several batches of Cornish X Rocks available throughout the spring, summer and fall. We are also planning on raising some Cuckoo Maran broilers. These will have much more flavor then the cornish x rocks and will also have more texture. Cooking them is a little different then for regular chicken but the flavor is unmatchable. We plan to have a few Broad Breasted White turkeys available a couple weeks before thanksgiving. Prices and dates will be coming soon.
